Road core drill type KBG 290 petrol, fully hydraulic, with drill head centering, mounted on single-axle trailer.
Standard with ball head coupling, overrun and parking brake, as well as automatic reverse. Empty weight 1100 kg, total weight with full water tank 1500 kg. Permissible maximum speed 80 km/h. One-man operation by hydraulically lowering the drill while lifting the trailer. This causes an additional load on the drilling machine base plate and ensures a high level of stability of the device, as well as good drilling performance and a long service life of the drill bit. The drill bit is advanced by a hydraulic drive, but it can also be done manually with a hand wheel by operating the clutch release.
The drill bit is driven by a hydraulic motor. This allows the speed to be infinitely adjusted between 10-680 rpm and the drilling tool is protected against overload by a torque limiter. Drilling depth max. 550 mm (depending on drill bit), drilling diameter max. 300 mm. The guide of the drilling support consists of hard chrome-plated steel tubes, diam. 60 mm, with slotted adjustable gunmetal bushes. The drill bit is centered when drilling using a 4-point centering device with foot control.
A stainless steel water tank with a capacity of 400L, a hydraulic oil tank and a lockable tool box are permanently mounted on the trailer. The water is conveyed by an electrically driven pump. The drilling rig is considered a work machine trailer according to §18, paragraph 2, number 6, letter L of the StVZO and is supplied with a TÜV certificate and an operating license. The lighting is equipped with 12 volts as standard.
