Radial Load Cells

These transducers measure, by means of strain gauge technology, the radial force vector that a web (of paper, textile, rubber, metal etc) applies to a measuring roll.

Magnetostrictive linear displacement and level transducers

These transducers are an absolute type which allow high precision and resolution with robust construction and non contact between the moving parts.

Ranges: from 0 up to 100 ... 5000mm FS.

Servo-inclinometers/Servo-accelerometers

Panel meter/Signal conditioner

Panel meter is based on a 16 bit processor with external flash memory for the instrument program, RAM and EEPROM memories for the storage of all parameters and printer customisation.

  • Free Windows software provided to easily set and calibrate all parameters (Also possible by front panel push buttons, but use of a  PC is quicker and easier).

  • CE marking: Protected against electromagnetic noise.

  • RS232 and RS485 for communication with PC/PLC or printer.

  • 16 bit A/D converter provides very high resolution.

  • Servoinclinometres: Built-in algorithm enables degrees and minutes to be displayed.

Strainsert

A world leader in  aerospace and automotive fatigue testing applications.  In 1960, Strainsert originated the Internal Strain Gage installation process, bonding and hermetically sealing strain gages inside small holes. These internal gagings provide robust, accurate transducers which are relatively insensitive to unwanted bending, torsion and other extraneous loading conditions common in force measurement applications. These self protecting, rugged internal gagings are routinely installed in diameters as small as 0.104 inches.  

 

  • Load sensing bolts and studs, took these products from the confines of laboratories, where they have been externally gaged delicate items, out to rough industrial applications with routine success.

  • Flat load cells and fatigue rated flat load cells, with similar internal gaging demonstrated not only superior ruggedness and stay-on-the-job capabilities, but also that they were totally insensitive to barometric and hydrostatic pressures and rated for infinite fatigue life.

  • Internally gaged load sensing clevis pins, axles, shear pins, etc. also proved to be stay-on-the-job rugged, and equally insensitive to changing barometric and hydrostatic pressures
