Magnetostrictive linear displacement and level transducers These transducers are an absolute type which allow high precision and resolution with robust construction and non contact between the moving parts. Ranges: from 0 up to 100 ... 5000mm FS. Optional multiple sensors on single transducer (ie: for level sensing) RS485 or 0-10V/4-20mA outputs. Suits 24V DC supply. Miniature probes available. Explosive proof versions available. Calibration via push buttons or PC.

MCRT® non-contact torquemeters are unsurpassed for testing and control of motors, pumps, engines, transmissions, compressors and similar machines. Accurate and dependable, they get more use on tough jobs than any other type. Features include ferrite-free, transformer coupled strain gage sensing, and superb 15-5PH stainless steel torsion elements. Robust MCRT® torque transducers exhibit unequalled immunity to machinery magnetic fields and to noise generated by variable speed drive controllers and similar power electronics.

A world leader in aerospace and automotive fatigue testing applications. In 1960, Strainsert originated the Internal Strain Gage installation process, bonding and hermetically sealing strain gages inside small holes. These internal gagings provide robust, accurate transducers which are relatively insensitive to unwanted bending, torsion and other extraneous loading conditions common in force measurement applications. These self protecting, rugged internal gagings are routinely installed in diameters as small as 0.104 inches.
