MAS MATCH IISwift

Data acquisition systems for the automotive industry.

SWIFT develops and produces software controlled data acquisition and on-line evaluation systems for long term attended and unattended measurements of stress, load, acceleration, and other mechanical and physical data. The systems can be set up in different modes, allowing transient conditions as well as on-line transformation in data matrixes. The later reduces the required memory drastically, allowing long term measurements at high sample rate (2000 samples/second) without overflowing the data storage.

MAS MICRO II - RECORDER

Direct evaluating measuring system:

  • up to twenty (20) analog channels, conditioned for strain gauges and other analog signals
  • up to sixteen (16) digital channels
  • six (6) optional counter channels
  • twenty-four (24) CAN channels
  • twelve (12) bit resolution
  • PCMCIA-Memory Card for fast data extraction
  • optional remote control via a remote link

The following evaluation methods can be chosen:

  • rainflow - RF
  • level crossings - LC
  • range pairs - RP
  • time at level - TaL
  • transient mode with trigger - TM
  • rainflow and time at level - RF & TaL
  • rainflow and transient mode with trigger - RF & TM
  • digital time - DT
Additional, optional evaluation methods are available:
  • sequential peaks and troughs with master/slave concept - SQTMS
  • multidimensional time at level - TaL nd ( n= 2 or 3 )

The results of measurements and/or evaluations can be exported as:

  • excel files
  • word documents
  • ASC II files
and can be used in life time or damage calculation programs and other applications.

MAS MATCH II

Miniature data acquisition system in pocket format, featuring:

  • two (2) analog channels, conditioned for strain gauges and other analog signals
  • two (2) digital channels
  • optional remote control via a remote link

Due to standardized hardware and software, the MAS MATCH II possesses almost all the functions of the MAS MICRO II - RECORDER including the evaluation methods:

  • rainflow - RF
  • level crossings - LC
  • range pairs - RP
  • time at level - TaL
  • digital time - DT
Additional, optional evaluation methods are available:
  • transient mode with trigger - TM
  • sequential peaks and troughs with master/slave concept - SQTMS
  • multidimensional time at level - TaL 2d

The results of measurements and/or evaluations can be exported as

  • excel files
  • word documents
  • ASC II files

and can be used in life time or damage calculation programs and other applications.
